Beta service

Fama Socials is an invite-only beta. Access may be limited, paused or withdrawn to protect users, connected platforms or the reliability of the service. Features may change during the beta. These terms require owner and legal review before external launch and are not legal advice.

Merchant responsibilities

• Use stores, product content, images and social accounts you are authorized to manage.
• Review drafts and claims before publication.
• Keep account credentials secure and reconnect Instagram when genuinely required.
• Follow Meta, Instagram, storefront and applicable advertising rules.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or infringing content.

Automation and control

Manual mode is the default. Scheduled publishing and full autopilot require separate merchant choices. The merchant can pause automatic publishing, turn autopilot off, cancel eligible schedules, or disconnect Instagram. No automation removes the merchant's responsibility for their content.

Beta limitations

Storefronts may block or change public extraction, platforms may reject media or credentials, and generated drafts may require editing. The service does not guarantee sales, reach, availability, uninterrupted operation, or acceptance by a platform.

Account closure

Users can request account and data deletion through the authenticated Settings page. Access can be suspended for security, misuse, platform risk or repeated limit violations. Active publishing is stopped before destructive account work.

Contact

The project owner must configure NEXT_PUBLIC_LEGAL_CONTACT_EMAIL before inviting external merchants.
